How do we as Christians explain success? The international chooses a worldly explanation - figure of cars, bulkiness of house, etc. What is the plumb-line by which we determine not only a duration of success, but too day-after-day success? If we set the mental object of one day character earlier the God of the creation and sharp-eared Him say, "Well done, grand respectable and trustworthy servant," how do we conquer that goal?
Thankfully God does not go off this as a poser. His Word plainly states the custom of estimate for our souls: "He has told you, O man, what is better and what Lord requires of you: but to do justice, to liking mercy, and to stroll submissively beside your God." (Micah 6:8)
At the end of the day, I can gawk aft and keep an eye on my day opposed to this flash. Was I simply today? When I was specified too untold conveyance at the store, did I tax return it? Did I run the assemblage table lamp when I should have stopped? Did I telephone sin "sin" today, or prove correct that "little albescent lie"?

Did I esteem mercy? When the man at priestly died, did I offer relief to the family? When the driver cut me off at the light, was I touchy and choleric or was I merciful? When my buddy asked for forgiveness, did I happily confer it?
Who was my God today? Did I spend more circumstance in front of the TV than with my God? Did I stride next to Him? Or did I basically publication His word? Have I conversed next to Him today? Was I humble? Or did I meander into God's beingness beside my chronicle of wants? Did I aim His suspicion or mine?
